Abstract : This study examined the impact of financial stress on the job performance and overall well-being of Police Non- Commissioned Officers (PNCOs) assigned to the Bataan Police Provincial Office. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design, the study utilized validated survey instruments to assess financial stress, job performance, and well-being among a sample of 300–500 PNP personnel. Results indicated that while respondents acknowledged consistent salary inflow, they expressed significant concern over debt burdens and insufficient long-term financial security. Financial stress was found to slightly affect dimensions of job performance such as task completion, decision-making, teamwork, professional conduct, and work engagement. Likewise, slight influences were reported in mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being, as well as job satisfaction. A strong positive correlation (ρ = .757, p < .001) was established between job performance and the degree to which financial stress influenced overall well-being, suggesting that increased financial strain is associated with diminished occupational functioning. Based on these findings, the P.U.L.I.S. (Promoting Understanding, Learning, and Improving Stress- Coping) program was proposed as a comprehensive financial stress management intervention focusing on literacy, debt management, and mental health support.
