Abstract :
As the application of plants for food, functional foods and medicine is increasing, it is necessary to identify and
analyze plants by medicinal value and nutrition. With this in view, the present study aimed to find out the nutritional,
phytochemical and mineral profile of the leaves of Uvaria chamae by following standard procedures. Proximate, qualitative
phytochemicals, and minerals assays of the fresh leaves were carried out.
