Abstract : Workers safety in Africa faces significant challenges, marked by the high number of workplace accidents, inadequate support from employers, a general shortage of personal protective equipment across all industries, insufficient controls, and unequal legal frameworks across countries. This article provides some answers both to help reverse the trend of occupational accidents and to raise awareness among decision-makers in African countries.
