Abstract : This study aims to examine the moderating role of emotional intelligence on the effect of organizational justice on counterproductive work behavior CWB. This type of research is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. Sampling was taken using proportional random sampling technique, namely as many as 72 respondents were taken from a total population of 256 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Bima Regency.
