Abstract : Patient safety is a crucial issue for better health care system quality development. One of Wihandaeng hospital patient care development plan was implementation of modified early warning score in specific patients which trigger action such as timely referrals before the patient's condition worsens. MEWS were expected to be useful clinical tool for improving adverse events, mortality and proper patient referrals.
