A strong immune system is essential for maintaining good health and protecting the body against various infections and diseases. It helps the body fight off infections and reduce the risk of contracting illnesses such as the flu, colds, and other viral or bacterial infections. A body recovers faster from illnesses when the immune system is strong. It can also help individuals maintain good health and prevent chronic illnesses, leading to a better quality of life. Having a strong immune system is crucial for maintaining good health and preventing illness, leading to a better quality of life and reduced healthcare costs. The factors that can influence the strength of the human immune system are age, genetics, proper sleep, regular exercising, environment, medications and importantly intake and purchase of nutritional supplements. To maintain overall good health and prevent illness and viral infections, It is important to prioritize immunity and make changes in lifestyle to maintain a healthy immune system. A categorization of people has been proposed based on the distinctive behaviors they show towards their immune system. The presented categorization is done based on the behavior that people may exhibit in response to their perception towards immunity and healthy body.
