Abstract :
Background:
Food delivery riders spend long hours riding motorcycles or scooters and often carry heavy delivery bags. Prolonged
riding, sustained posture, repetitive upper-limb movements, and road vibrations may place increased stress on the shoulder
region, leading to pain and functional limitations. Shoulder pain can affect both work performance and daily activities.
Therefore, this study aims to determine the prevalence of shoulder pain and disability among food delivery riders in Nagpur
city using the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI).
Aim:
To find out the prevalence of shoulder pain among food delivery riders in Nagpur city using Shoulder Pain And
Disability Index (SPADI).
Objective:
To determine the prevalence of shoulder pain among food delivery riders in Nagpur city using Shoulder Pain And
Disability Index (SPADI).
