Abstract : Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the quality of life among orphan children in Bangladesh. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 98 orphan children by using a convenient sampling technique. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.  Results: The finding showed that the mean quality of life among orphans was moderate level (M=3.27, SD=.47). There was a statistically significant difference between friend’s bullying and quality of life (t-2.272, p=0.025). Statistically significant relationship found among diseases and quality of life (F=11.231, p=.002). Conclusion: Orphan children had a moderate level of quality of life. The findings of the study provide baseline data for the policy maker to develop strategies in improving quality of life among orphan children. Further study is needed to identify factors that influence quality of life among orphan children.
