The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) administrative competence of personality of employees, (2) managerial competence of head of administration, (3) quality of school administration services, and (4) relationship of personal competence and managerial competence of administrative staff with quality of school administration services in Madrasah Aliyah NegeriInsan Cendekia Gorontalo. This study uses quantitative methods with correlational techniques. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) personality competencies of administrative staff are in good criteria; (2) Managerial competence of the head of administration is in good criteria; (3) The quality of school administration services is in good criteria; (4) There is a strong relationship between the personality competencies of administrative staff and managerial competence.
