Abstract : To study the role of Red cell distribution width(RDW) in assessing the severity of ischemic stroke. Materials and methodology: This cross-sectional observational study was conducted among 70 patients admitted in Bir Hospital with clinical symptomatology of stroke and/ or positive neuroimaging evidence of ischemic stroke during the study period (October 2019 to November 2020).
