Abstract :
The gap between practice and research is identified, as the problems that practitioners
face with regard to courier conditions, pricing, and trust are not studied in most of the commissioned studies. "ShareLM"
proposes an initial theory connecting what is shared, how sharing is facilitated, and the goals of sustainability of various
options. The paper offers six potential future research avenues.
