Abstract : Consumers the end source of all the retail proceedings. The main aim of both organized and unorganized retail store has to be consumer satisfaction. Retail is currently the important sector in the economy of India. To improve the relationship between the manufacture and customer retailing was brought into the interference, for the transfer of good and services in an efficient manner. Retailing is carried out from the ancient period, only it has enhanced over the period. To a greater extent customer are treated as the kings of retailing sector and it is very important to understand the consumer perception toward retail.
