Abstract :
We have efficaciously stated the bioactive zinc
oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) in presence and absence of
cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) with the help
of sodium hydroxide (NaOH). The prepared ZnO NPs
were functionalized alanine and L-cysteine were
characterized using UV-vis and FT-IR spectroscopic
technique. The functionalized NPs were interact with
DNA, it finds the groove binding.
Keywords :
ZnO nanoparticles, aminoacid functionalised ZnO nanoparticles, DNA, groove binding, alanine-ZnO NPs, L-cysteine ZnO NPs.
