Abstract : This study explores the factors contributing to post-pandemic supply chain disruptions and risk and recommends improving resilience and collaboration. The danger of supply chain disruption has significantly increased in recent yearsThe emphasis on adaptability, flexibility, and collaboration to achieve greater resilience is discussed in the paper. This will call for new approaches to working across organizational frontiers.
