Synthesis of novel 1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl-Nphenylacetamide Derivatives using Click Chemistry Via (CuAAC) Approach.

A series of seventeen novel analogues of 1H1,2,3-triazol-1-yl-N-phenylacetamide derivatives were synthesized. The target compound 2-(4-(((4- oxomorpholino)phenyl)amino)methyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol1-yl)-N-phenylacetamide have been synthesized by 4-(4- (prop-2-ynylamino)phenyl)morpholin-3-one and 2-azidoN-phenylacetamide addition of catalytic amount of sodium ascorbate and copper sulphate pentahydrate. The structures of all the synthesized compounds have been characterized by using elemental analysis, FT-IR, Mass, 1H NMR spectroscopy. Purity of all the compounds has been checked on thin layer chromatographic plate and NMR analysis technique.
