Abstract : The research aimed at investigating and knowing the primary school teacher’s competence in applying subject integrated guidance counseling service, and how this competence was influenced by primary school teacher’s self internal (resilience and control locus) and external factor. This research was a descriptive qualitative one employing percentage calculation. The research subjects were 89 students. The student’s data were obtained through the student problem identification scale and data on the student resilience were obtained by employing Reciliency Quotient Test.
