This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Behavior, Organizational Justice, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at Consultant X. The object of this research is employees who work at Consultant X. This study was conducted from October 2020 to May 2021. The population in this study was 45 employees, with the research sample using a saturated sample of the entire number of employees. The method used to analyze the data in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results showed that Leadership Behavior, Organizational Justice and Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Consultant X. Leadership behavior had the greatest influence on employee performance.
