The Effect of Profitability, Free Cash Flow, Company Growth and Company Size on Debt Policy of Food and Beverage Subsectors Registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affected the Debt Policy on Company Financial Statements registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The Independent variable in this research is Profitability, Growth of the Company, Firm Size and Free Cash Flow. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Debt Policy. Populations in this research are companies subsector Food and Beverages registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013-2017. The sampling technique is done with purposive sampling method. Samples in this research are 11 companies and total samples in this research are 55 financial statements. This research uses multiple regression analysis. The result shows that Profitability, Growth of the Company and Firm Size have significant effect towards Debt Policy meanwhile FCF has no effect on Debt Policy.
