Abstract :
Construction projects in Rwanda, including dry construction and green building initiatives, continue to face schedule delays, cost pressures, and sustainability challenges. This study examined the influence of planning performance, measurement performance, and uncertainty management on project performance at Kibagabaga Residential Gezana Apartment in Kigali City. A quantitative, descriptive and explanatory research design was adopted. Data were collected through a structured five-point Likert-scale questionnaire from 70 project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and contractors, with all 70 responses valid. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s Alpha, Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis in SPSS.
