This study aims to determine the effect of talent retention and employee engagement on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis, with a total of 51 respondents as automotive company employees. The results showed that the variable talent retention and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
