Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the
effect of time management and motivation on
procrastinationwith self-efficacy as an intervening variable
in master's degree students who do their thesis while
working. The method used in this research is the
quantitative method with incidental sampling technique.
The subject of this studyfound 50 master's students who
worked while studying in 18 hotels in the city of Semarang.
The results showed a significant negative effect between
time management on procrastination, then the effect had no
significant effect on procrastination, individual motivation
had no effect in reducing or increasing procrastination
behavior in Masters or Masters level students, there was a
significant effect on self-efficacy on procrastination
