Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the influence of
religiosity, personality and physical work environment on
the performance of Probolinggo City Forest Management
Unit (KPH) employees. The number of samples
determined in this research was 72 respondents using a
saturated sampling technique. The results of this research
show that there is a partial significant influence (t test) of
religiosity, personality and physical work environment on
employee performance. The research results show that
religiosity has a positive effect on employee performance.
Religiosity has a positive effect on employee performance.
Personality has a positive effect on employee
performance. The physical work environment influences
employee performance.
