Abstract : Digital transformation has become a critical driver for operational efficiency in the telecommunications sector. This study investigates the impact of digital initiatives – such as automation, cloud computing, and AI-based solutions – on the operational performance of Saudi Telecom Company (STC). Using a mixed-method approach combining quantitative performance metrics and qualitative employee feedback, the research highlights key areas where digital transformation enhances efficiency, reduces operational costs, and improves service delivery. The findings provide actionable insights for telecom operators aiming to optimize operations and sustain competitive advantage through digital innovation.
