Abstract :
Contemporary academic requirements tend to induce extended use of hands in writing and computer tasks,
possibly influencing muscular efficiency and endurance. Preventive exercises like forearm stretching and gliding of the
tendons can increase grip strength and writing quality, but empirical evidence in healthy young adults is limited.
Keywords :
Grip Strength, Writing Speed, Tendon Gliding, Forearm Stretching, Young Adults, Randomized Controlled Trial.
