Abstract :
The current study aimed to measure the impact
of strategic thinking on achieving competitive advantage in
its dimensions (cost-quality-creativity), by conducting a
field study on companies working in the field of container
handling in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the study
variables were measured through a questionnaire
distributed to The workers in the container handling
companies in Alexandria and Port Said also measured the
median effect of creative abilities, and the results of the
questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS 28 & AMOS
26 programs, and the results of the study concluded that
there is a significant and statistically significant effect of
strategic thinking on competitive advantage.
