This study aims to show the influence of the
government on labor absorption in Indonesia in 2010-
2019. The research approach is quantitative explanatory
with data tests in 2010-2019 using the SPSS 23
application. The results show that there is a strong
influence between government spending and labor. Also,
there is a positive and significant effect on government
spending and employment of 69.3%.
