This study aims to analyze whether the
influence of leadership behavior on employee
performance is mediated by the achievement motivation
of employees of shopping center companies, with a
sample of 126 employees. The data analysis method uses
structural equation modelling-partial least square (SEM-
PLS). The results showed that leadership behavior has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance,
leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect
on achievement motivation, training has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, achievement
motivation has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, and achievement motivation has
a positive and significant effect in mediating leadership
behavior on employee performance and Achievementmotivation has a positive and significant effect on
mediating training on employee performance.
