Abstract :
In the current digital era with the increasing
demand for market needs in the field of goods or
services, companies must be able to improve the quality
and quantity of their products, which can be
implemented in the form of innovation and performance
by the company's employees. This study aims to find the
influence of the factors of Leadership, Culture and
Organizational Learning on Innovation and Employee
Performance in a company in the Digital era. The
research method used is the Quantitative Partial Least
Square (PLS) approach, specifically the Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) analysis is used to analyze the
relationship between variables and measure the effect of
one variable on another variable. The variables studied
were organizational leadership, culture and learning
factors, as well as employee innovation and performance.
In the formulation of the model, the research results
show that the factors of Leadership and Organizational
Culture in the digital era do not directly affect employee
performance, Organizational Learning does not directly
affect employee performance, while Innovation has a
direct positive effect on employee performance. Other
results show that Leadership in the Digital era has a
direct positive effect on employee innovation, then
organizational culture does not directly affect employee
innovation and organizational learning has a direct
positive effect on employee innovation in the company.
The final result of this research is the obtaining of
Managerial Implications in the form of
Recommendations to the relevant Departments in the
Company which is very necessary for the development of
the Company's Human Resources on the factors of
Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational
Learning in increasing Innovation and Employee
Performance in the company.
