Abstract :
Effective leadership is critical for ensuring
operational efficiency and resolving conflicts in
healthcare organizations. Multi-unit hospitals,
particularly in competitive environments like Bangalore,
face unique challenges, including internal discord, lack of
accountability, and inconsistent performance. This review
explores leadership strategies that address these issues,
focusing on conflict resolution, team accountability, and
leadership training. Evidence-based practices and case
studies from Indian healthcare setups illustrate the
transformative impact of leadership interventions on
organizational performance and staff engagement.
