Abstract :
Uterine carcinosarcoma is a rare and highly
aggressive malignancy.[1] The prognosis is often poor.
The clinical presentation of the uterine carcinosarcomas is
nonspecific, and imaging and pathology studies play an
important role in diagnosis.[2] In this study, we are
exposing the clinical, paraclinical and therapeutic aspects
of patients with uterine carcinosarcoma treated in the
radiotherapy department of Hassan II university hospital
center, and discuss our results with literature data
