Abstract :
In the current fast-paced digital world, users need to have effective and customized support in order to operate
different systems and services. To fulfill this requirement, we introduce a virtual assistant chatbot that is capable of assisting
users with instant and effortless access to information and support. Our chatbot provides a variety of features, such as: Pre-
defined answers to most common questions ,Step-by-step instructions for task completion, Access to connected resources
and documentation, Easy intuitive user interface By offering a convenient and user-friendly support channel, our virtual
assistant chatbot seeks to increase user satisfaction, decrease support queries, and overall user experience.
