Abstract :
- Social media has become an integral part of our
lives, allowing us to connect with others, express ourselves,
and receive news and entertainment in real-time. However,
over recent years, concerns have arisen surrounding the
impact of social media on mental health, particularly
among younger generations. This report explores the
potential impact of social media on mental health,
including the benefits and drawbacks of social media
usage, risk factors, and potential interventions to promote
positive mental health in social media users.
Social media has become a significant part of modern
society, with millions of people using various social media
platforms daily. The use of social media has both positive
and negative effects on mental health. While social media
provides a platform for individuals to connect with each
other, it can also cause anxiety, depression, and other
mental health problems. The aim of this research report is
to explore the impact of social media on mental health and
identify ways to mitigate the negative effects.
