Successful implementation of development programs at the local level to be paramount when seen from the amount of funding from central government to local governments in the context of regional autonomy. This is determined by several factors that are closely related to the performance of local government organizations. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture, employee performance, and organizational commitment to organizational performance. Location on research conducted at the District Secretariat Maybrat district with a sample of 292 employees. The data analysis in this research is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership style significantly influence the organizational performance of 0146, the organizational culture significantly influence the performance of the organization for 0087.
