Abstract : Human capital investment and economic growth in Thailand: the role of education and health. This research aims to study the direction and trend of growth in Thailand: the role of education and health. And to study guidelines for preparing personnel in the human resources department for growth in Thailand: the role of education and health. Investing in human capital In this research, related theories and literature were studied including: Rogoza et al. (2018), Jayawickreme et al. (2020) , Moghadam et al. (2020) , Obschonka et al. (2020). The research methodology is study of investing in human capital and the economy Growth in Thailand: The Role of Education and Health This research has been carried out since studying basic information on the direction and trend of growth in Thailand: The Role of Education and Health and studying guidelines for preparing personnel in the human resources department. Growing up in Thailand: The role of education and health in 2017-2023 By collecting data, this research uses secondary data related to education, health, economic growth and other factors. that are panel data from the World Bank, including world development indicators (World Development Indicators: WDI), education statistics and demographics, nutrition, and health statistics during 2017-2023, subject to data limitations. The comes about of the ponder found that the chunk of ice demonstrate for quality takes the assistance of an ice sheet which has fair a portion of its volume over water and the rest remains beneath the surface within the ocean to clarify the concept of person quality. The structure is appeared in Figure 1. Essentially, a quality has a few components unmistakable like essential information and fundamental abilities, which are simple to get it and degree and moderately simple to alter and create through preparing. Be that as it may, other components underneath the surface counting social parts, self-image, characteristics, and inspiration are inalienable and troublesome to degree. Information and abilities over water surface can be characterized as the benchmark quality. Rogoza et al.
