Abstract :
The Smart Resume Monitoring & Job Alert System is an intelligent platform designed to automate the process of
resume analysis and job matching to improve recruitment efficiency. The system enables users to upload their resumes,
which are then processed to extract key information such as skills, education, and experience. This data is compared with
job descriptions provided by recruiters to generate a match score that reflects candidate suitability. Based on this analysis,
the system delivers personalized job alerts and recommendations, allowing users to quickly identify relevant opportunities.
By reducing manual effort, improving matching accuracy, and providing real-time notifications, the system enhances the
overall job search and recruitment process, making it faster, more efficient, and user-friendly.
